Software Consolidation

Your Software Stack Is
Costing You Too Much

Too many tools, logins, and nothing talks to each other. InvestorFunnel replaces the whole stack with one login, one flat monthly price.

$600-$1,500
Typical fragmented stack / mo
1 platform
InvestorFunnel replaces all of it
0 syncs
No Zapier workflows to break
1 DB
Leads, deals, calls, and mail together

What You're Actually Paying For Your Fragmented Stack

Most investors don't add up what each tool actually costs, including the developer hours and VA time spent keeping them synced.

Fragmented Stack
Podio (CRM) $25-$50/user/mo
Carrot (website/funnels) $99-$199/mo
Mojo Dialer or BatchDialer $99-$149/mo
ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp $50-$150/mo
Zapier (to connect it all) $49-$99/mo
Lob (direct mail) $0 + per-piece costs
VA time for data entry/sync $100-$400/mo
Total / mo $422-$1,047+

Every Zap That Breaks is a Lead That Falls Through

When your CRM and your funnel platform are separate tools connected by Zapier, you're one API rate limit, one schema change, or one failed webhook away from losing leads silently. InvestorFunnel is one database: leads, calls, deals, and mail all share the same records, with no sync layer to break.

  • No webhook middleware, funnel leads land directly in CRM
  • No duplicate records across disconnected tools
  • One login for your whole team
  • No API rate limits or Zapier task caps to manage
  • Audit log for all lead and deal activity in one place
What Breaks in a Fragmented Stack
Zapier zap hits task limit: leads stop syncing
CRM field name changes: webhook payload breaks
Dialer creates duplicate contact: pipeline split
Email tool unsubscribe not reflected in CRM
InvestorFunnel: none of the above

Switch Without Losing Your Data or Your Pipeline

Migrating to a new platform sounds painful. InvestorFunnel imports your existing contacts and leads via CSV, and the onboarding call walks you through rebuilding your pipeline stages and funnel setup before you go live. Most investors are fully switched over in under a week.

  • CSV import for existing contacts and leads
  • 1-on-1 onboarding call (Gold plan and above)
  • Pipeline stage setup matched to your current workflow
  • Custom domain connection in under 10 minutes
  • Cancel your old tools once you're fully live

3

Migrating From a Specific Tool?

Common Questions

InvestorFunnel is designed to replace: a funnel/website builder (like Carrot), a CRM (like Podio or REsimpli), a standalone power dialer (like Mojo or BatchDialer), an email automation tool, and the Zapier or Make workflows connecting them. You still need Twilio for dialing and SMS (BYOK), but that's a direct infrastructure cost, not another SaaS subscription.
No. You export your Podio contacts to CSV and import them into InvestorFunnel using the field mapping wizard. Deal history and notes stored in Podio will need to be manually transferred for active deals, we recommend doing that for your top 20-30 active deals and letting the rest archive.
No. Most investors run InvestorFunnel alongside their old stack for 2-4 weeks during migration, then cancel the old tools once they're confident everything is live and working. There's no hard cutover required.
InvestorFunnel supports webhook integrations and a REST API, so you can connect tools that have no native replacement. That said, the goal is to reduce your tool count, not eliminate every external connection: integrations that add genuine value are fine to keep.
